- Experience in risk management at smaller institutions (basic processes, reporting, light stress tests)
- Outsourcing expertise: materiality analysis, contract review, maintaining registers
- Ability to maintain segregation of duties and to collaborate with Compliance/Internal Audit
- Reporting and coordination with senior management and supervisory authorities
