Responsibilities
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en het onderhouden van administratieve processen in SAP
Afhandeling van inkomende mails, telefoongesprekken en verwerken van contracten en orders
Je monitoren en wikkelt klantvragen en klantorder processen af
Je levert een bijdrage in het ontwikkelen, implementeren, optimaliseren en het continu verbeteren van sales werkprocessen
Je onderhoud een netwerk van interne en externe relaties en biedt ondersteuning bij sales gerelateerde vragen
Je stelt periodieke en ad-hoc rapportages op
Requirements
Een relevante afgeronde MBO opleiding (niveau 4) met HBO denk- en werkniveau
Enige ervaring binnen een sales- of commerciële ondersteunende functie
Ervaring met SAP is een pré
Goede kennis van Microsoft Office
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
Je bent van nature leergierig, servicegericht en proactief
Je werkt gestructureerd, kunt prioriteiten stellen en bent zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband sterk
