- Junior Business Analyst at Docket managing interactions with Brazilian public entities for documentation. Ensuring document quality, productivity targets, and effective client communication.
Responsibilities
- Interface with Brazilian public agencies to search for and issue documentation.
- Work daily with various types of forensic and notarial/registry documents.
- Locate, issue, and manage documents requested by clients.
- Manage requests and deadlines, effectively handling time and funds.
- Ensure document delivery SLAs are met.
- Meet agreed productivity targets.
- Ensure the quality of delivered documents.
- Ensure that all documents under your responsibility are actively being processed with the relevant agencies.
- Communicate with the customer support team.
- Ensure payment entries are recorded accurately and request refunds when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience issuing and/or analyzing registry and forensic documents (e.g., CNDs [Certificates of Tax Clearance], property registrations, lien certificates, protest certificates, commercial registry certificates, birth and death certificates, etc.).
- Proficiency in at least one document set (POD) — e.g., courts, civil registry, agribusiness, real estate, tax.
- Experience with Google Sheets.
