Responsibilities
Serás el punto de contacto para todas las consultas relacionadas con beneficios.
Administrar los programas de beneficios para empleados.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas y regulaciones.
Brindar soporte e información clara a los colaboradores.
Asistir a empleados y gerentes con programas de beneficios: salud, dental, visión, seguros de vida, discapacidad, planes de retiro, licencias, elegibilidad ACA, entre otros.
Mantener registros precisos en el HRIS.
Participar en actividades de inducción y presentar programas de beneficios.
Preparar y distribuir materiales de comunicación sobre beneficios.
Actualizar el dashboard de beneficios en el intranet.
Verificar y mantener información de inscripciones en el HRIS.
Coordinar facturación mensual de beneficios junto con el área contable.
Planificar y comunicar el programa de inscripción abierta (open enrollment).
Implementar iniciativas de bienestar y salud.
Apoyar en auditorías y reportes relacionados con beneficios.
Requirements
Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.
1–2 años de experiencia en administración de beneficios.
Excel avanzado
Experiencia en servicio al cliente y gestión de licencias (FMLA, PTO).
Conocimiento general de regulaciones federales y estatales sobre beneficios.
Manejo de HRIS/HCM y herramientas tecnológicas (MS Office, AI).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía y resolución de problemas.
