About the role
- Fixed Asset Accountant leading inventory processes and asset tagging for Global IT outsourcing firm. Working in a hybrid setup with responsibilities in asset tracking and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Fixed Asset inventory process in accordance with company policies
- Developing and implementing a standardized asset tagging process
- Assigning Fixed Asset tag numbers to each asset
- Working closely with operations and support teams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Accounting or accounting-related functions
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition
- Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Analytical skills with knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting basics
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Understanding of the business environment
