About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounting team’s daily activities in areas including cash management, fixed assets, and other accounting functions.
- Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Train and develop team members to strengthen individual and team performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Supervisory or team management experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Oracle General Ledger or similar G/L systems experience a plus.
