Responsibilities
Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for your product area.
Ensure alignment between product initiatives, company goals, and customer needs.
Act as the source of truth for current features, upcoming releases, and backlog priorities.
Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve, expand, or mature your product line.
Translate aggregated customer needs into structured initiatives and product improvements.
Design solutions that address underlying problems rather than simply documenting feature requests.
Write clear product requirements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX teams to design scalable and high-impact solutions.
Drive product development from concept to release, ensuring alignment across teams.
Monitor product performance and adoption after release.
Take ownership of product outcomes, continuously improving performance based on data and feedback.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management.
Experience working in fintech, payments, SaaS, or API-driven platforms.
Strong ability to translate business problems into structured product solutions.
Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in technical environments.
Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience writing product specifications and requirements.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced or fluent English. Spanish is desirable.
