Responsibilities
Develop relationships with local and international partners, advertising agencies, and tourism boards;
Ability to negotiate internally and externally, working closely with the Ad Operations team, marketing (brand and performance), Grupo Despegar’s commercial team, and the Travel Partners Key Account Managers;
Analyze each client’s KPIs and propose online and offline media plans;
Responsible for ensuring proper delivery and, together with the traffic team, implementing campaigns;
Create brand communication strategies using insights and internal sales reports;
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
Advanced Excel;
Experience in reporting and executive presentations, extracting and analyzing performance data, and producing strategic insights;
Experience preparing campaign briefs and negotiating with clients;
Preferred: SQL / Metabase / Power BI;
Experience in the Travel/Tourism sector;
Knowledge/use of CRMs/BPM (Basecamp, Salesforce, Trello, Wrike, Monday);
Advanced Spanish.
