Responsibilities
- Participate in a process diagnostic project for Maintenance, Engineering and Maintenance Planning & Control (MPC) at wind farms.
- Support the asset management maturity diagnosis by conducting technical-operational field assessments to identify gaps, analyze compliance with procedures and consolidate evidence for the project's executive report.
- Conduct technical interviews in the field (maintenance, engineering and MPC).
- Map “as-is” processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
- Assess asset management maturity using references such as SAMI, RCM and ISO 55001.
- Collect and evaluate KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, adherence to plan, etc.).
- Evaluate the use of systems such as SAP PM, Maximo and Hexagon EAM.
- Consolidate gaps and improvement opportunities in a structured manner using spreadsheets and presentations, following the project-defined checklist.
Requirements
- Solid experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in the Electrical / Renewable sector).
- Practical experience in Maintenance Planning & Control (MPC) and reliability engineering.
- Ability to conduct technical interviews with operational and management teams.
- Knowledge of ISO 55001 and asset management concepts.
- Ability to work autonomously in the field and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Availability for frequent travel (main locations — CE and RN; other locations — MG, SP, SC, PR, according to project scope).
