About the role

• Business Consultant facilitating laboratory and radiology workflows for healthcare clients. Leading training, customer integration, and implementation efforts while ensuring quality and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the value of our solutions to end users in healthcare.
• Work on-site with customers, sometimes directly with end users in the organization.
• Contribute to developing our customers’ competence and understanding of our solutions.
• Lead training sessions and workshops.
• Be involved in customer integrations, configuration, and implementation of our systems.
• Work with business analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance.
• Support customers in designing order and results processes to ensure high quality and patient safety.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of processes related to laboratory and/or radiology workflows in healthcare, such as laboratory result flows.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading presentations, training sessions, or workshops.
• Knowledge of integration flows and how data moves between different systems within healthcare organizations.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliveries.
• The ability to understand and describe business processes from both a user and operational perspective.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
