Responsibilities
Analyze and execute content strategies and journeys for the brands according to each audience and persona, ensuring the brands stand out in the market and become a reference in Education and Content.
Ensure integration of the education strategy across different channels (paid media, product pages, content, social, events, and commercial materials).
Brief, approve, and monitor the rollout of content across all media channels to ensure execution of strategies as planned.
Monitor and analyze KPIs and the performance of media channels and actions through reports, results dashboards, and alignment with involved teams, aiming for possible course corrections and new opportunities to achieve objectives and targets.
Map opportunities to improve the customer journey, ensuring coherence and updating touchpoints throughout the funnel.
Develop and execute performance analysis routines to monitor and report deliveries and results, refine strategies, and generate insights for the business.
Ensure workflows, liaise with involved teams to guarantee correct and timely deliveries. Propose improvements to workflows and processes that may affect the customer experience and/or team activities, and provide technical guidance to the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, or related fields.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience in marketing, education, demand generation, or related areas.
Intermediate English.
Familiarity with Salesforce.
