Responsibilities
Work closely and communicate effectively with management and junior team members to ensure timely delivery of key engagement deliverables.
Provide financial due diligence services through detailed financial analysis and report writing.
Interpret and analyse financial and commercial information, delivering findings clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
Review historical and forecast trading performance, cash flows, working capital, and balance sheets.
Identify and report potential key issues, including risks or equity price impacts, to clients.
Correlate findings from other workstreams with financial due diligence outcomes to provide integrated insights.
Assist in preparing reports to support stock exchange listings, including reports for sponsors.
Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all client deliverables.
Requirements
Qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
Strong academic record demonstrating analytical capability
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong commercial and market awareness
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a challenging and dynamic environment
Effective team player with strong organisational, planning, and leadership skills
