About the role

  • Assistant in communication and events for DELABIE. Focused on optimizing brand presence at professional events and developing sales support tools.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in optimizing the brand's presence at trade shows
  • Contribute to the development of the DELABIE Group's sales support materials
  • Plan, organize and optimize participation in trade shows and professional events
  • Take part in the creation and updating of sales support tools (sample cases, product displays, merchandising, pop-up stands and totems, etc.)
  • Organize and highlight our product range and advertising in our clients' communication channels
  • Create, update and track the various communication tools of the Group
  • Contact suppliers and obtain quote approvals from the manager
  • Increase our visibility on customer platforms and within the building industry’s communication channels
  • Ensure the virtual showroom is kept up to date
  • Plan and organize marketing/communication meetings and seminars

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 or equivalent) in Communications or related field
  • Good knowledge of sales support tools
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Office suite)
  • Fluent in English
