Responsibilities
Understand and optimize business processes: Analyze business processes—from customer request, through various sales channels, to fulfillment within Service Solutions & Operations—and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Combine technology approaches: Leverage and combine different technology approaches to digitally transform business processes in Service Solutions & Operations.
Define requirements and support implementation: Create requirements and process models for technical implementations and support the entire delivery cycle—from implementation and testing to the deployment of new automations into production.
Take ownership and strengthen collaboration: Take responsibility for delivery and the full lifecycle of established solutions, working closely with business units and IT teams.
Contribute strategically: Contribute to the realization of our group strategy by jointly improving customer experiences and optimizing processes.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Excellent analytical skills, structured way of working, and a high degree of self‑initiative.
Ability and motivation to analyze, visualize, and optimize process workflows.
Initial experience and knowledge in using BPMN or RPA technologies (e.g., Camunda or Blue Prism) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in German and English required.
