Responsibilities
- Support for exciting projects in large, partly international customer environments
- Gather and analyze technical customer requirements in existing or new environments
- Deployment, installation, integration, migration, configuration, monitoring and optimization of larger IT systems based on customer requirements
- Customization/optimization of customer-side standard and bespoke solutions
- Ensure smooth operation including troubleshooting
- Documentation of services provided
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in (business) computer science or vocational training in an IT-related field
- Several years of professional experience working with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server environments
- Active Directory / Domain Services
- Core services such as DHCP, DNS, NTP, NPS, KMS, Entra ID & Entra Connect
- Desirable: experience in one or more of the following areas: Exchange Server / Hybrid / Online, SharePoint Server / SharePoint Online, File Services, Remote Desktop Gateway Services / Windows Virtual Desktop Services, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune
- Ideally MCSE and/or MCSA certification
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
