About the role

  • Business Systems Engineer managing Nada's core business systems for optimizing home equity agreements. Collaborating cross-functionally to design scalable solutions and enhancing data workflows from lead to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Own Nada’s GTM and origination systems architecture end-to-end, including CRM, LOS (Salesforce), dialer/voice automation, document management, and capital management systems.
  • Design and optimize system workflows across the full customer lifecycle (lead → offer→ underwriting → closing → portfolio management), with a focus on improving conversion, speed, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the technical owner of Salesforce (LOS), ensuring scalable architecture, clean data models, and high-quality user experience for sales and operations teams.
  • Architect and manage integrations between our proprietary POS, Salesforce, and third-party systems (dialers, DMS, data providers), ensuring reliability, performance, and data consistency.
  • Identify and eliminate friction in the funnel, proactively recommending system and process improvements that increase throughput and reduce manual work.
  • Build and maintain automation layers (flows, triggers, APIs) to streamline operations and reduce human intervention across the origination process.
  • Own data integrity and system governance, including validation rules, deduplication, monitoring, and audit processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Act as the internal expert on GTM systems, advising leadership on tooling decisions, tradeoffs, and long-term architecture.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, systems engineering, or business systems roles in high-growth environments
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce (Certified Administrator Credential required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
  • Proven experience architecting and managing complex system integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms
  • Strong understanding of lead-to-close workflows across sales, underwriting, and operations—ideally in fintech, lending, or similarly regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable systems from 0→1 or during rapid growth phases.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating business requirements into technical implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward simplification and automation.

Benefits

  • Health insurance
  • Professional development opportunities
