About the role

• Product Operations Support ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets for Datacom's PSG. Managing post-sale orders and supporting Account Managers for hardware and software transactions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the wider PSG to achieve an agreed revenue target/sales quota
• Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Working with distributors and vendors, managing orders post-sale
• Meeting delivery expectations/timeframes
• Working with accounts department on various administration tasks
• Contributing to monthly reporting for external and internal customers
• Attending vendor and distributor training regularly to develop product knowledge
• Supporting Account Managers in day-to-day transactions of hardware and software for clients
• Keeping Account Managers updated with communications on eta’s, back orders and order status issues
• Taking reasonable care of Health and Safety of self or others and reporting incidents as per Datacom policy

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of procure-to-pay operational workflow
• Relevant operational experience
• Ability to deal with clients at all levels.
• Organisational and administrative skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven customer liaison skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer partnerships.
