Supporting the implementation of revenue strategy as a working student in Sales Operations. Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales teams in an international B2B environment.
Responsibilities
Support for revenue and marketing projects with a focus on Salesforce and marketing automation tools
Assist with Salesforce campaign management, e.g., maintaining, analyzing and documenting campaigns
Support the project lifecycle: from setup and data maintenance to performance analysis and optimization
Create and maintain reports and dashboards (leads, conversion rates, pipeline, campaign performance)
Assist with data-driven analyses to derive insights for marketing and sales decisions
Contribute to optimizing lead management in collaboration with Sales Operations
Support documentation and continuous improvement of operational processes between Marketing and Sales
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field
Strong interest in Revenue Operations, marketing & sales processes, and data analysis
Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented working style
Initial experience with CRM, marketing, or analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus
Very good German and good English skills
