About the role
- Junior Finance Consultant supporting global Group Finance operations. Assisting with financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement in a fast-growing international company.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly and quarterly Group financial reporting in line with IFRS and internal policies
- Assist in preparing consolidation schedules and performance analyses
- Help maintain financial processes, internal controls, and documentation
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis
- Provide support during external and internal audits.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in finance, accounting, audit, or controlling (Big 4 experience is a plus)
- Part-qualified accountant or degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP or other ERP/consolidation tools is expected
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English communication; German is a plus.
