Responsibilities
Contribute to the further development of the COO division's strategy, with a particular focus on IT
Support the derivation and implementation of strategic objectives using the OKR methodology
Conduct and evaluate SWOT analyses at both the holding and national subsidiary levels
Provide conceptual support for strategic projects for the COO
Prepare decision papers, presentations, and management documents
Organize and moderate workshops with national and international units
Act as an interface between the executive board, business units, and national subsidiaries
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or a related field
Initial experience in strategy development and implementation (e.g., consulting, in-house strategy, PMO, business development)
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Structured and independent working style
Excellent communication skills
Good command of English
Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
