Responsibilities
Responsible for creating multiplatform content and publishing across our internal enterprise digital channels
Collaborate with team members from across corporate communications to help execute editorial and channel strategy
Support publishing intranet content via content management system and distribute mass emails via Poppulo
Monitor shared mailboxes and facilitate responses
Present ideas and plans to boost engagement with audience
Monitor metrics to gauge effectiveness of existing and new tactics
Provide regular hands-on and backup support on digital platforms
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience that includes writing and working in a complex business environment
Experience managing and facilitating content creation with a diverse group of collaborators
Understands digital platforms and how they enhance content
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Advanced knowledge of HTML
Experience with popular content management systems
Working knowledge of Poppulo, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of internal communications best practices
Copy editing skills using AP Style
