About the role
- Bilingual Analyst, Case Management at CVS Health, assessing and coordinating care for medically complex members. Engaging face to face with members in North Miami area two to three times a week.

Requirements
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- 1+ year of experience in behavioral health or a long-term care setting
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must possess reliable transportation
- Willing and able to travel up to 50-75% of the time to meet members face to face in North Miami FL.
