Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the Space and Occupancy program across the portfolio
- Translate client space strategies and policies into clear, executable plans
- Ensure consistency in delivery across sites, regions, and teams
- Drive alignment between space planning, occupancy management, and broader workplace initiatives
- Oversee block planning, seat allocation, and neighborhood strategies across locations
- Provide oversight on capacity planning, vacancy management, and utilization optimization
- Establish and oversee standardized processes for moves, adds, and changes
- Own data integrity across space and occupancy platforms (e.g., Serraview or equivalent)
- Oversee development and delivery of portfolio-wide occupancy and utilization reporting
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in space planning, occupancy management, or corporate real estate
- Experience leading space and occupancy programs at a portfolio level
- Strong experience with space management tools (e.g., Serraview, Archibus, or similar)\• Proven ability to drive process standardization and operational consistency
- Strong analytical and data management capabilities
- Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
