Requirements
7+ years of leadership experience in vendor and/or OEM environments, in the franchise automotive space (working with car dealers)
Someone who believes a 4-minute phone call on a Saturday is better than a 30-minute meeting on a Tuesday
Experience building brands, scaling GTM, and driving pipelines in B2B environments
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence Product, Sales, Success, and Leadership
Thrives in scrappy startup environments where ownership, adaptability, and initiative are essential
