- Hands-on mentality, pragmatic 80/20 mindset, proactivity, and reliability
- Confident user of PowerPoint & Excel and tools such as MS Office, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client and project meetings
- Fluent in German and English
