Responsibilities

  • Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients
  • Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback
  • Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems
  • Promoting new ideas and business solutions to existing clients
  • Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience
  • Experience in external audit working with Non Profit and Higher Education clients
  • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills
  • Licensed CPA in aligned home office state or ability to acquire a reciprocal one
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites
