About the role
- Responsible for managing HR activities and payroll processes at Crous Orléans Tours in France for around 500 staff. Leading a team and enhancing compensation and social provisions in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Structure and ensure the quality of personnel management operations
- Ensure accurate payroll processing
- Support the team's skills development as its activities diversify and expand
- Coordinate the implementation of recruitments at their finalization stage
- Provide specific monitoring of particular administrative statuses such as secondment and leave of absence
- Coordinate operations related to the administrative management of staff files
- Develop and ensure compliance with the payroll schedule
- Guarantee cross-check controls of payroll calculations
- Structure and support the implementation of management and data-entry procedures in the HRIS (SIRH)
Requirements
- Experience with the RenoiRH software is desirable
- Strong knowledge of public sector regulations
- Strong knowledge of the regulations governing payroll settlement for civil servants and contractual employees
- Proficiency in running queries and analyzing data
