About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
  • Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
  • Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards
  • Oversee store-wide operations by coordinating tasks across all teams
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
  • Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
  • Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
