- Coordinar con áreas usuarias la definición de requerimientos funcionales y técnicos
- Garantizar buenas prácticas de desarrollo, pruebas, versionamiento y despliegue
- Promover la innovación tecnológica, evaluando nuevas herramientas y metodologías
- Gestionar el talento técnico, fomentando capacitación continua, motivación y trabajo colaborativo
- Supervisar la documentación técnica y funcional de los sistemas desarrollados
- Asegurar la correcta integración de sistemas con plataformas y servicios internos/externos
- Velar por la seguridad, estabilidad y escalabilidad de las aplicaciones
- Presentar reportes de avance y métricas de desempeño al Comité de Dirección de TI
Requirements
- Experiencia 5 a 8 años en desarrollo de software
- Mínimo 3 años en roles de liderazgo o gestión de equipos técnicos
- Conocimientos Técnicos Genexus: modelado, reglas, transacciones, procedimientos
- Arquitecturas de software: SOA, APIs REST
- Frontend: React, hooks, Redux, consumo de APIs
- Backend: Java, C#, .NET Core
- DevOps básico y despliegues automatizados CI/CD
- Idioma Inglés intermedio técnico (lectura y comprensión; no conversacional)
