Senior Product Manager for mobile applications at Creditas. Leading the development and strategic direction of app innovations while ensuring user engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the focal point for all Business Units, negotiating backlog priorities and ensuring each vertical’s needs are balanced with the overall user experience.
Architecture Evolution: Support the Engineering team in the migration to a Server Driven UI architecture, ensuring scalability and flexibility for the app.
AI Pioneering: Lead aggressive experimentation with conversational interfaces and AI agents, defining by the end of the year the app’s strategic future as a dynamic, personalized interface.
Store Management: Manage the strategic and technical relationship with the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Data Vision: Analyze acquisition and retention funnels to address usability challenges for non-customers and optimize the management of personal data.
Requirements
Seniority in Mobile Product: Proven, solid experience as a Product Manager for consumer mobile apps (B2C), with a deep understanding of native development nuances and mobile user behavior.
Strong Technical Foundation: Ability to engage technically with Engineering (including Staff Engineers). You should understand (or be willing to dive into) Server Driven UI concepts, centralized databases, and APIs.
Political Savvy and Negotiation Skills: The ability to navigate relationships with directors and VPs from different areas, communicating difficult prioritization decisions clearly and based on data.
Experimentation Mindset: Appetite for fast experiments, especially in Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on learning and hypothesis validation.
Channels/Growth Experience: Background in acquisition or engagement squads, focusing on retention and engagement metrics.
Prior experience implementing chatbots or AI agents.
Availability for hybrid work: Required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for 4 consecutive days, usually during the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
