About the role
- Commercial technician supporting business account managers in hybrid role for Crédit Agricole in Laval. Managing client portfolios, commercial tasks, and development activities.
Responsibilities
- Assister les chargés d’affaires dans la gestion et le développement commercial de leurs portefeuilles entreprises
- Commercialiser les produits et services simples de la gamme du marché des entreprises
- Contribuer à la qualité du fichier clients et prospects sur le plan administratif, règlementaire et commercial
- Prospecter afin d'obtenir des rendez-vous pour les Chargés d'Affaires
- Maîtriser l'utilisation des outils du Marché des Entreprises (Anadéfi, center de notation…)
- Répondre et renseigner la clientèle sur des thèmes relevant de son expertise
- Traiter les dysfonctionnements, les réclamations et assurer occasionnellement le suivi des opérations de base
- Gérer les flux entrants – sortants (appels téléphoniques, boite groupe, mail…)
Requirements
- Diplômé(e) d'un BAC+3 Licence Economie Gestion PME -PMI ou administration Economique et Sociale
- Qualités commerciales
- Première expérience professionnelle en stage ou alternance dans le secteur financier
