Responsibilities
Develop influencer and creator strategies for our clients (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Identify and select suitable creators and influencers
Manage campaign workflows including briefings, communication, and content approvals
Support our clients in operational campaign management
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (KPIs, reporting, learnings)
Trend scouting: keep an eye on new creators, platforms, and formats
Requirements
Experience in influencer marketing / social media marketing
Confident communicator with clients and creators
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and KPIs
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
Team player with a hands-on mentality
Nice to have: experience with paid media and performance ads
