About the role

  • Influencer Performance & Content Coordinator at OLAPLEX focusing on creator marketing and campaign optimization. Supporting influencer partnerships and content management for better brand engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Coordinate creator deliverables, timelines, and campaign logistics
  • Manage influencer outreach, product seeding, and briefing support
  • Track campaign deliverables and ensure content is delivered on time
  • Organize and manage influencer-generated content for use across paid media, organic social, retail, and DTC channels
  • Support the creation of a scalable content pipeline from creators
  • Coordinate usage rights and asset delivery across internal teams
  • Identify high-performing creator content for paid amplification and whitelisting
  • Partner with retail marketing teams to support creator-led content needs for key retail partners and campaigns
  • Track campaign performance across key metrics, including EMV, engagement, clicks, CPA, and conversions
  • Support weekly and monthly influencer performance reporting
  • Monitor creator performance and flag high-performing talent for scaling partnerships
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and campaign trackers
  • Support the execution of affiliate and performance creator programs (ShopMy, creator storefronts, etc.)
  • Track affiliate creator performance and optimize partnerships based on conversion data
  • Help identify creators that drive strong CTR, engagement, and revenue performance
  • Identify and vet emerging creators aligned with OLAPLEX brand positioning
  • Maintain influencer databases and talent pipelines
  • Assist with creator communications and partnership coordination
  • Partner with Social, Paid Media, PR, and E-commerce teams to align on creator content opportunities
  • Collaborate with retail partners (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, Amazon) to identify creators and develop content that supports retail marketing initiatives
  • Support influencer activations tied to product launches, campaigns, and retail moments
  • Assist with influencer events, brand experiences, and creator gifting programs

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator content trends
  • Experience tracking influencer campaign performance and reporting metrics
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms and affiliate programs (ShopMy, Tribe, CreatorIQ, etc.) preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Passion for beauty, haircare, and creator culture
  • A performance-driven mindset with curiosity for influencer analytics
