Responsibilities

  • Own influencer marketing operations within your scope, managing multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously
  • Map and prospect influencers aligned with different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion)
  • Manage the full process: outreach → negotiation → activation → performance
  • Handle high-volume outreach and maintain a well-organized pipeline (HubSpot, spreadsheets)
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators
  • Manage a portfolio of active influencers and ongoing campaigns
  • Create and manage briefs, ensuring quality and consistency in content
  • Track timelines, deliverables and approvals
  • Analyze performance and recommend optimizations
  • Use AI and other tools to improve efficiency and scale operations

Requirements

  • Experience with influencer marketing (prospecting and/or management)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high volume
  • Experience handling multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with performance metrics (CPM, CTR, conversion, CAC)
  • Experience creating briefs and managing content
  • Data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
