Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, pipeline building, and hiring top talent;
Define selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions;
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods: LinkedIn, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, networking, and employee referrals;
Foster a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback;
Collect, input, and report on recruitment data and metrics;
Identify new opportunities for process improvement to enhance recruitment strategy.
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions;
Solid knowledge of modern candidate selection methods, including competency-based interviewing (certification or practical experience a plus);
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools;
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic partner;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;
Full professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have: Experience recruiting in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments (startup or agency background);
Exposure to both tech and non-tech hiring, especially commercial and customer-facing roles driving revenue;
Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies.
