About the role
- Import Analyst coordinating air import operations ensuring alignment between customer and commercial team. Monitoring shipment timelines, operational compliance, and continuous improvement of services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate air import operations from shipment closeout to final delivery of cargo;
- Serve as the link between customers, the commercial team, and partners, ensuring alignment and prompt communication;
- Monitor deadlines, shipment statuses, and compliance with operational processes;
- Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and support incident resolution;
- Ensure SLA compliance and accurate updating of information in internal systems;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and operational processes;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis on International Trade, International Relations, or related fields;
- Previous experience with freight forwarders or importing companies;
- Practical knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook);
- Good knowledge of international geography and logistics routes;
- Advanced English;
- Intermediate Spanish (advantageous);
