About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute company policies and work plans, delegating assignments to a team of professionals to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Act as the ultimate subject matter expert for the Tableau architecture and BigQuery environment, conducting high-level technical reviews.
- Establish a culture of "Insights to Action," transforming complex datasets into intuitive executive visualizations.
- Lead and mentor a team (onshore and offshore), overseeing the professional development of experienced individual contributors.
- Partner with Operations leaders and other management teams to implement data solutions that streamline workflows and improve customer experience.
- Lead the creation of complex predictive models and capacity simulations to dictate resource allocation and staffing levels.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Master’s degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) or a significant level of equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in BI/Data Management with a proven track record of managing teams of technical professionals.
- Expert proficiency in Tableau architecture, Google BigQuery (GBQ), Python/R, and legacy SSRS.
- Demonstrated experience implementing system alignments with complex business processes.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills; and proven ability to present to an executive audience in a compelling way.
- Strong understanding of forecasting modeling and capacity planning for a large organization.
