Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of the annual Marketing Plan by designing targeted strategies and initiatives aligned with industry trends and business goals,
Lead and support the rollout of product and promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and successful implementation in line with approved plans,
Perform detailed product cost analysis and recommend pricing policies tailored to each market and channel,
Analyze sales performance at the product level, uncover trends, and identify areas for improvement and growth,
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, including P&L statements, and propose corrective actions based on data insights,
Develop and monitor distribution strategies to ensure product availability and adherence to merchandising and brand presentation standards,
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and develop actionable brand and product plans,
Assist in the planning and execution of market and consumer research initiatives to better understand target audiences and refine marketing efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,
3-4 years of experience in category management, brand management, or a similar role,
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Proven project management capabilities, with a focus on timely and budget-conscious execution
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels
Creative mindset with commercial awareness and problem-solving orientation
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
