Responsibilities
- Support regional management in the operational oversight of up to 80 parking facilities
- Take on commercial/administrative tasks, for example reviewing monthly financial statements
- Assist with quality assurance and inspection of parking facilities as well as operational workflows and processes
- Support site analyses and the onboarding of properties
- Support and lead projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Initial professional experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Enjoy working with modern digital tools
- Independent and responsible working style
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Willingness to travel to a certain extent
- Good communication skills in German, both written and spoken
