Responsibilities
Contribute to strategic marketing planning focused on acquisition, conversion, and performance;
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns across different stages of the funnel (top, middle, bottom);
Monitor and analyze the performance of organic and paid channels, identifying opportunities for improvement;
Define metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators, ensuring data-driven decisions;
Work with the content team to guide production with a focus on SEO, AEO, GEO, and conversion;
Create and optimize nurture flows and segmented automations for target industries and to support internal teams;
Run tests (A/B, creatives, channels, and formats) aimed at continuous improvement of results;
Prepare performance reports and analyses that deliver actionable insights to the team and leadership.
Requirements
Must reside in Porto Alegre or the metropolitan area (Rio Grande do Sul);
Completed or in-progress degree in communication, marketing, advertising, journalism, or related fields;
Experience analyzing indicators and metrics for acquisition, conversion, and retention;
Analytical, curious, and creative profile with a willingness to test, learn, and continuously optimize;
Previous experience in agencies, companies, or startups;
Experience analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns and funnels.
