About the role

  • Technician responsible for ensuring the availability, resilience, and cybersecurity of industrial networks at Constellium. Involves supporting various projects and technical aspects of maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and improve maintenance plans for assigned installations (maintenance procedures, maintenance schedule, spare parts, etc.)
  • Keep technical documentation up to date: computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), operating procedures, technical diagrams, backups, etc.
  • Improve the reliability and maintainability of installations (fault analysis, 8D)
  • Prepare, plan and monitor work to be carried out, including work by external contractors (EEI)
  • Provide technical support within area of expertise for assigned machines
  • Update asset management and carry out associated safety actions (life cycle, obsolescence, spares, compliance)
  • Act as maintenance project owner for projects within the scope
  • Be responsible for an extended machine scope and a variety of technologies
  • Provide support within the maintenance area through technical expertise or methods across the entire maintenance sector

Requirements

  • Degree level Bac+3 to Bac+5 (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in one of the following fields or equivalent: Networks & Telecommunications, Industrial IT, Cybersecurity
  • General knowledge in the job scope (networks, industrial infrastructure - OT, industrial IT)
  • General knowledge of maintenance practices
  • Knowledge of certifications, authorizations and regulatory/standards controls (IEC 62443, NIS2, Group policies, customer standards)
  • Be a qualified Constellium Responsible Person
  • In-depth knowledge within the job scope
  • Understanding of the operation of the entire machine park
  • Proficient with maintenance IT tools (e.g., CMMS)
  • Conduct AJA and 8D analyses
  • Follow safety rules
  • Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail
  • Be available
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple short- and medium-term topics simultaneously
