About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead an eight-person project development team
- Prioritise new project leads and evaluate them together with the team
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks throughout all project phases
- Analyse potential sites for PV or BESS projects
- Represent the company at meetings with authorities and municipalities
- Plan team resources and coordinate project capacities
- Manage external project partners and service providers, including quality assurance
- Support permitting and planning procedures with technical expertise
- Contribute strategic input to the further development of the project portfolio
Requirements
- Leadership experience and at least 3 years of industry experience
- Degree or vocational training in geography, architecture, engineering or spatial planning
- Knowledge of permitting processes and public construction law
- Experience working with authorities, municipalities and service providers
- Proficiency in the full project development lifecycle for PV or wind projects
- Confident presentation skills for public presentations or political committees
- Ability to engage in technical discussions with executive management
