Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of all products and services to customer specifications
Communicate with customer project and implementation teams, Account Managers, Solution Specialists, Finance, and vendors
Partner with business leaders to deliver services supporting company objectives
Collaborate with Sales, Partner Management, Integration Centers, Finance, and other teams as needed
Manage logistics between Computacenter Inc., Integration Centers, and vendors for deliveries
Provide regular data and updates to customers and finance teams
Communicate regularly with Commercial Partner Management teams
Create and maintain accurate forecasts with Account Managers and Inside Sales Managers
Conduct general administrative project management duties as necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1 to 2 years of inside or outside sales experience preferred
Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience in the IT industry
Experience using SAP and Salesforce.com or similar ERP and CRM tools
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Customer focused
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to exercise discretion and independent personal judgment with minimal direct supervision
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
