Prepare and evaluate international and domestic freight and warehouse quotations. Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure timely responses and SLA adherence.
Responsibilities
Perform international and domestic freight quotations;
Quote customs-bonded and general warehousing;
Track quotation responses, compiling and assessing received proposals;
Monitor compliance with SLAs previously agreed with logistics partners;
Serve as the interface between the operations team and service providers after process closure;
Keep the operations and commercial teams informed of quotation statuses via control reports and email;
Monitor supplier service levels.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields;
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Intermediate English;
Previous experience working as a freight forwarder is required.
