Responsibilities
Leading workforce planning, capability development and resource allocation across the delivery organisation
Building, coaching and developing high‑performing project delivery professionals
Uplifting delivery frameworks, methodologies, practices and tools to drive consistency and excellence
Partnering with Delivery and Program leaders to ensure alignment between workforce capability and strategic priorities
Managing vendor partnerships, contracts, governance and performance to ensure high‑quality outcomes
Overseeing portfolio insights, reporting, risks, dependencies and delivery data quality for executive decision‑making
Driving continuous improvement across delivery processes, communities of practice and professional development initiatives
Requirements
Experience in senior technology, project delivery or program leadership roles within large, complex organisations
Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams, uplift capability and drive professional development
Strong background in enterprise technology delivery, operating models and hybrid cloud or platform environments
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract governance and commercial decision‑making
Expertise in PMO, portfolio management or delivery excellence functions
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business and technology teams
Experience with project and program management methodologies and tools such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, MS Project, Jira or Confluence.
