Associate Product Manager supporting product initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams at Coles Group. Involved in product analysis and execution to meet customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps by analysing market trends, customer feedback and user data
Research and prioritise features based on business impact, effort and customer value.
Lead discovery on identified problems to define success metrics, product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure timely feature delivery
Engage regularly with key stakeholders to align priorities and progress
Conduct post-launch reviews by tracking performance metrics and seeking customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Prepare and present product documentation, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders and customers.
Requirements
Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Skilled at managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Able to commute and work overnight hours once a month or as required
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Basic understanding of UX principles, software development processes and the fulfilment landscape
