About the role
- Manage necessary licenses for property operations ensuring legal compliance in education and retail sectors. Oversee regulatory analysis and interact with public authorities and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- The professional will be responsible for managing the licenses required for property operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Process Management: Build, structure and maintain governance for licensing and legal approval processes;
- Regulatory Analysis: Review and interpret current legislation and standards (environmental, telecommunications, construction, etc.) to ensure company compliance;
- Interaction with Agencies and Suppliers: Liaise with public agencies, suppliers and clients on matters related to licenses and authorizations;
- Strategic Planning: Contribute strategically to company objectives by developing long-term strategies for the licensing area;
- Documentation and Reporting Management: Manage the documentation necessary for licensing processes.
Requirements
- Experience in legalization/compliance areas;
- Experience in the Education or Retail sectors;
- Management of real estate licenses for operation (operating permits, security, signage/advertising, environmental, police permits and fire safety certificates (AVCB), tax procedures for CNPJ, municipal and state registrations);
- Experience in meetings with public agencies;
- Process and administrative controls;
- Cost analysis;
- Supplier management;
- Interfaces with project, construction and procurement teams;
- Management of administrative processes.
