Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide interns throughout their internship period, ensuring they acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for their professional development.
- Ensure all parties fulfill their responsibilities and that the internship is an enriching and productive experience.
- Guide the development of the internship activity plan, taking into account the compatibility and alignment of activities as well as the internship schedule.
- Require activity reports and ensure compliance with the internship agreement.
- Monitor interns' progress, providing regular and constructive feedback.
- Hold periodic meetings with interns to discuss their development and resolve any issues or questions.
- Evaluate the internship at the end of the semester.
- Complete the Enade forms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura) in Physical Education, Languages (Letters), or Pedagogy.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 13:00–18:00 / 19:00–22:00 (Mondays and Fridays remote/home office).
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Organizational skills and time management.
