Responsibilities
Actively shape the further development of our departmental processes in the Office Services area
Analyze existing workflows and identify optimization potential
Support the introduction of new processes and provide advisory support
Accompany change projects from conception through to implementation
Ensure that new structures and processes are established sustainably
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business, project management, or a comparable field
Relevant professional experience in a service environment, ideally with exposure to mail and document flows as well as digital and physical archiving
Practical experience in project or process management
Analytical working style and a willingness to critically evaluate processes
Team player with clear communication skills and self-initiative
