- Pilotage de l’activité du Bureau d’Etude mécanique
- Gestion équipe : Allouer les ressources, Gérer les priorités de charges
- Contrôler le savoir-faire de l'équipe sur les tâches propres au département
- Proposer le budget de fonctionnement du département
- Analyse, critique et validation des devis concernant les tâches du département
- Vérification des plans, assemblage, tolérances
- Reporting régulier à la DT
- Participation aux appels d’offre par l’élaboration de propositions techniques, devis et plannings.
Requirements
- De formation supérieure (Bac+5, Ecole d'Ingénieur)
- Justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en qualité d’Ingénieur Mécanique
- Expérience en management d’équipe

- Anglais : lu, écrit, parlé
